A New Era in Dementia Care
Integrated, End-to-End Dementia Care—All in One Place
Pioneering Prevention, Precision, & Personalized Brain Health Solutions
Dementia Is Not Inevitable—Early Action Matters
Over 50 million people worldwide live with dementia. Yet, up to 40% of cases are preventable or delayable, and new treatments are changing the course of care. At our center, early detection meets cutting-edge science to slow or even reverse progression in its earliest stages.
Preventing Dementia: Evidence-Based, Personalized
Dementia prevention isn’t a one-size-fits-all plan. Our science-backed programs target modifiable risk factors, which account for up to 40% of dementia risk.
Groundbreaking FDA-Approved Alzheimer’s Therapies
We are proud to be among the first non-hospital centers in New York City offering access to advanced anti-amyloid biologics—targeting the core pathology of Alzheimer’s disease with precision imaging and expert oversight.
Now Available: Monoclonal antibodies directed against aggregated forms of beta amyloid
Leqembi (lecanemab)
A monoclonal antibody that binds to amyloid-beta plaques, slowing cognitive decline in early-stage Alzheimer’s when paired with monitored infusions and cognitive assessments.
Kisunla (Donanemab)
Amyloid-targeting therapy is administered by IV infusion and guided by amyloid PET imaging and biomarker analysis.
Our Brain Longevity Division provides the only outpatient, fully integrated dementia program in the region. From diagnosis to treatment and prevention, we offer a seamless continuum of care:
1. Cognitive Neurology & Neuropsychology
Comprehensive assessments for memory, attention, language, behavior, and executive function are ideal for early concerns or preventive baselines.
2. Neurofeedback-assisted cognitive remediation therapy
3. Advanced Brain Imaging
Access high-resolution MRI and PET scans for diagnosis, treatment eligibility, and long-term monitoring of amyloid and tau pathology.
3. Biomarker & Genetic Testing
From phosphorylated tau and neurofilament light to APOE genotyping, our lab panel detects preclinical changes, sometimes decades before symptoms appear.
4. Digital Brain Health Platform
Remote cognitive testing, personalized coaching, and at-home biomarker tracking—empowering you beyond the clinic.
